2026 ISEA SPRING CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

The 2026 Indiana Structural Engineers Association Annual Spring Conference is less than two months away! This exciting event will be held at the Primo South Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, on March 5, 2025.

We are expecting a considerable turnout of over 100 attendees. Similar to last year, we have continued to extend break durations to give our vendors and sponsors ample opportunity to network with our members. This is an excellent opportunity to interface and present your products to the structural engineering community. Please make plans to join us!

This year’s conference will be held at the same venue as previous years and will be similar in format and setup.

We are looking to have some hands-on experiences during the conference. Please let us know if your company has any ideas for activities to be conducted during the breaks.

Vendor Booth $550.00

Your booth registration includes the following:

• A 10’ x 10’ booth space with a 30” x 8’ table and access to electricity if needed (please let us know in advance if that is the case). Vendors are requested to bring their own booth setups if they require more than the table provided.
  
  
• 2 vendor representatives at the ISEA Conference included
• Additional representatives at $50.00 per person
  
  
• Continental Breakfast & Lunch Buffets
  
  
• All conference literature, including a mailing list of all conference attendees
  
  
• All vendors will be given an opportunity to present their company’s products or services during the conference. The vendor display area will be immediately adjacent to the lecture room and will be integral with the dining space to provide maximum exposure for our vendors throughout the conference. 

Your company is welcome to bring door prizes for our attendees. The exhibitor prizes will be raffled to randomly selected attendees from the registration list. ISEA will coordinate with the companies interested in providing door prizes in advance of the conference to coordinate the logistics.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We have sponsorship opportunities available for our 2026 Indiana Structural Engineers Association Conference!  Sponsorships are a vital part of a successful conference.  Your support will be highly recognized and appreciated by Indiana Structural Engineers Association!

Silver Level $300

• You will be recognized by the ISEA President at the conference.

• Your company’s booth will have Silver-level signage.

• Your company’s name will appear on conference Silver level signage

Gold Level $750

Silver-level benefits, plus the following:

• You will be given the opportunity to introduce one of the conference speakers and have the opportunity to briefly discuss your company.

• Your company’s booth will have Gold-level signage.

• Your company’s name will appear on conference Gold level signage.

• Your company’s logo with a link to your company's website will be displayed on the main page of the ISEA website for one year

Platinum Level $1,000

Gold-level benefits, plus the following:

• You will have priority in picking booth placement at the conference! The selection order will be based on the date of sponsorship commitment.

• Your company’s booth will have Platinum-level signage

• Your company name and logo will be displayed throughout the entire conference and included in all event materials.
