2023 ISEA SPRING CONFERENCE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Please join the Indiana Structural Engineers Association for its 14th Annual Conference. This exciting event will be held at the Primo South Conference Center in Indianapolis, Indiana on March 2, 2023.

We are expecting a considerable turnout of about 100 attendees. We have included several exhibitor breaks to give our vendors and sponsors ample opportunity to network with our members. This is an excellent opportunity to interface and present your products to the structural engineering community from the Indiana, Illinois, Ohio and Kentucky areas. Please make plans to join us!

This year’s conference will be held at the same venue as previous years and will be similar in format and setup.

Registration Deadline is February 17, 2023.

Vendor Booth $500.00

Your booth registration includes the following:

• A 10’ x 10’ booth space with a 30” x 8’ table and access to electricity. Vendors are requested to bring their own booth setups if they require more than the table provided.
  
  
• 2 vendor representatives at the ISEA Conference included
• Additional representatives at $50.00 per person
  
  
• Continental Breakfast & Lunch Buffets
  
  
• All conference literature, including a mailing list of all conference attendees
  
  
• All vendors will be given an opportunity to present their company’s products or services during the conference. The vendor display area will be immediately adjacent to the lecture room and will be integral with the dining space to provide maximum exposure for our vendors throughout the conference

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

We have sponsorship opportunities available for our 20xx Indiana Structural Engineers Association Conference!  Sponsorships are a vital part of a successful conference.  Your support will be highly recognized and appreciated by Indiana Structural Engineers Association!

Silver Level $300.00

• Your company name will appear in the conference program.
  
  
• You will be recognized by the ISEA President at the luncheon.
  
  
• Your company’s booth will have Silver level signage.
  
  
• Your company’s name will appear on signage during all morning breaks

Gold Level $750.00

• Silver level benefits, plus the following:
  
  
• You will introduce one of the conference speakers and have the opportunity to briefly discuss your Company
  
  
• Your company’s booth will have Gold level signage
  
  
• Your company’s name will appear on signage during the morning and afternoon breaks.
  
  
• Your company’s link can be added to the ISEA website for one year.

Platinum Level $1,000.00

• Gold level plus:
  
  
• Your company’s booth will have Platinum level signage
  
  
• Your company name and logo will be displayed throughout the entire conference and included on all event materials.
  
  
• You will have priority pick of booth placement at the conference!

The Spring Conference will be conducted considering guidelines from the Primo Banquet & Conference Center, the City of Indianapolis, and the State of Indiana regarding face covering and social distancing. As such guidelines continue to change, attendees should be aware of these guidelines prior to attending the conference.

Suggested safety protocols include:

• ISEA is encouraging all attendees to wear face coverings and to social distance when possible.
• Participants should comply with any posted Primo Banquet & Conference Center guidelines when in public areas.
• ISEA trusts each attendee will take the appropriate precautions based on their personal vaccination status and will not be requiring proof of vaccination status or asking for vaccine validation.

Please be aware that these, as well as local and state guidelines can change.

Assumption of Risk

Attendees are subject to any federal, state, local, and event location guidelines and ordinances relative to COVID-19 and any other health-related restrictions. Attendees must follow all posted instructions and directions from the event center and its employees during the event to help minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19. By attending the event, attendees assume all risks related to the spread and contraction of COVID-19 during the event and release ISEA from any and all liability.
